CultChat improvements, my brain hurts

CultChat update: The gremlins attacked the IRC server, causing massive amounts of destruction. As a result, you can now have a nickname with up to 30 characters instead of 9 like before.
Survey update: My brain is broken. Send ideas for new surveys to me.
