Cary starts FTP site, Ben needs paperwork to declare THE CULT a religion

Cary's got an ftp site now, running from his computer at UMBC. It's not up at the moment, so I'll post the IP later. It's got some kickass mp3s, games, and various other stuff.
Also, if anyone knows how to get the necessary paperwork for creating an official religion, e-mail meNo replies.
