Spring Break

In a sentence, here's what went down - some people: stayed, went to OC, went to England or went some other place that I didn't hear about. To my knowledge, cool shit happened in all three places.

Peepz who stayed here got to relax and do shit... K-rad (#9) finally got his liscense and Ben (#3) might get his soon too. Since our official DHS rep is already 18, he doesn't have to go through the torture of driver's ed, only a 3 hour movie marathon.

Peepz who went to OC had a GOOD time, so I've heard. Here's what Doonan (#259) had to say: "we went o OC the weekend of the 26-28 i think, I bought mad stuff, we got drunk, or at lest some of us (JOE) watch TOM GREEN, (HE IS FUCKEN COOL) played goldeneye. got drank more. as jerry said in the forum,"we made a few new drinks that were GREAT, and then walked a very empty beach, and had fun throwing things in the wind. and drank more, kicked joes ass,(that was fun) and then drank some more. that is the easy way to put it." Now the part I know about firsthand - England. This really kicked ass, even though we couldn't get blasted. Here's a bunch of people who went: Jeremy Huber (#130), Jesse Rose-Smith (#27), Jeff Robbins (#346), Craig Buchanan (#31), Sarah Metz (#258), Kait Kehnemuyi (#28), Brendan Higgins (#36), Kat Jones (#135), Judy Kurjan (#102), Katie Ciavolella (yeah right) and obviously me (#43). We left on Wednesday night, got there Thursday morning... Stayed at the kickass Russel Hotel in Russel Square. Visited the Tower of London, Windsor Castle, St. Paul's Cathedral (as well as every OTHER cathedral within a 100 mile radius of London), Buckingham Palace, Stonehenge, Oxford, Stratford and Salisbury. The drama portion - saw Amadeus, Mousetrap, a new, risque version of A Midsummer Night's Dream and Blood Brothers. We also got to finally meet Hannah Simpson (#191) in person. No thanks to our adult chaperones, we still managed to have a great time, ESPECIALLY when they actually let us do what we wanted by ourselves in London. Kait got her bellybutton pierced around the corner from Soho by some asian guy who thought Jeremy and I shouldn't be watching because we got to see her stomach. After we all came back, there was the Matrix on Friday, then the Manson concert in which Will Saxton (#222) spoke with Manson about joining THE CULT. The Matrix is definitely a kickass movie, if you haven't seen it already, you should. If you've already seen it once, it wouldn't be a waste of time to see it again. Here's what Will said about the Manson concert: "Manson kicked ass, it had to be the best show i've seen in a few years. any way i got to go backstage and hang out with the whole band after the show and that was cool too. i got my picture with everyone and told manson about the cult. pogo was cool, twiggy had some thing up his ass cause he left pretty much right away and john5 was cool to. ginger fish had a snobby attitude i think, or maybehe was just tired. well, i'll upload the pictures for all to see sometime on tuesday. -RevWiLL"

So the end of spring break leaves us with over 510 CULT members, one of whom is Marilyn Manson. Keep recruiting!
