network problems plague THE CULT

If any of you have noticed netcult.org not responding on and off the past few days, its not my fault, I swear. I just called up PSI.net, the corporate backbone that netcult sits on, and theres been some problems lately.
I'm not exactly sure what or why but right now its half-fixed, or at least seems to be. I'm saying half-fixed because all of you that use some ISP that goes through verio.net can't get through.. Including myself. I'm actually using a mindspring account right now that I'm probably not supposed to be using.
But anyways, don't lose faith in THE CULT. Its the big internet guys who are to blame (this time) - it may be up and down the next couple of days but theres nothing I can do about it so don't IM me saying "netcult is down. FIX NOW!" when in reality netcult is running happily by itself.. just without a solid connection to the internet. Things should be fixed soon so there isnt much of anything to worry about, this newz was mainly for my own benefit so I dont get a barrage of IM's everytime its not responding. I get pages on my cellphone once an hour when netcult doesnt respond, I dont need it from everyone else too. « replies »

yup, so PSI needs to be fixed. this is why one of our eventual goals should be to have an international mirror of netCULT. Maybe Germany or the UK?
