i think it has something to do with a ground loop and the polarity of the amp

if for some strange reason you don't want to get shocked anymore see if your amp has a polarity switch or, if possible, flip the AMPs plug around and that should solve the problem. otherwise, continue to enjoy exceeding your recomended daily allowance of voltage.« replies »

Yeah, they really should use grounded plugs for that sorat thing.. hehe
