theLIST's history

theLIST was formed sometime in October of 1997, we're not quite sure exactly what day. It started at lunch when Cary wrote "The Cult" on the first sheet of theLIST. I (cheezus) didn't even see it until the next morning before school, affecting my number forever. Here's each section of theLIST.

There's a few noteable features about this page - Scott used more than one line, making it necessary to have a second #20 at the bottom - George. There's been a few title changes, but most have remained the same, including #21 and #23, the first of the "contraversial" titles.

Probably the easiest of all the pages to read. Nick's second title is the only remotely odd thing about this page.

This page has Sarah's pretty drawing and three lines that were scratched out. Between Sarah and Ian is "Colleen Ward - Stripper". Also Brian and Tim tried to join first as Dameon and Satan/Lucifer.

This one is short - only four names. Kristi Green signed again and it seems Karthik was never added to the first online list.

Just about everything is the same as the real list on this page. However, I'm pretty sure #65 isn't Jenn Staub, oh well. Wayne tried to join again, as "can of whoop ass".

The last page. Turns out Nguyen joined THE CULT before, but Cary didn't put his last name on the geocities page. Maybe he couldn't read it. Niko also wasn't originally added.
